This article published in Transmission and Distribution World Magazine highlights the Peer Volunteer Program, which is modeled after the Program developed by PG&E and IBEW Local 1245.  Our Peer Volunteer Program is a collaborative effort between IBEW, Local 18 and LADWP, in which volunteers experienced in alcohol/drug recovery make themselves available to other LADWP employees who have been affected by alcohol/drug addiction.
